Founded by the art critic Hrag Vartanian and his husband Veken Gueyikian in October 2009. There are so many extra folks collecting at present, so the time period “art collector” is applied quite liberally. While there is no significant definition, defining it principally by quantum is as insufficient a consideration as that of whether or not pieces are purchased and sold.
